The Junior Payment Operations Officer role is focused on achieving key responsibilities such as processing deposits and withdrawals, accurate and timely delivery response to internal staff and client email queries, and supporting the broader finance team as needed. The successful candidate will be able to complete tasks within the specified time frame while maintaining a high level of accuracy and understand the importance of the Payment Operations function in relation to the client experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in English is a must
- Qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related areas of study preferred but not essential
- Excellent people and communication skills with the ability to communicate to staff, teams & customers well
- Ability to maintain high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills and dedicated to continuous process improvements
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Intermediary skills in Microsoft Excel
- Desire and commitment to ongoing learning and development
