Computer Network Defense, Advisor

Peraton’s Cyber Mission supports the United States Air Force by delivering mission-critical Cyber professionals who defend our nation’s security. The Computer Network Defense, Advisor leads defensive cyber operations to protect enterprise networks from advanced threats.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience OR a Master's degree with 6 years of experience
• US Citizenship and a current active TOP SECRET Clearance with SCI
• Must comply with DoD 8140/DCWF Work Role 652 requirements, including holding an approved baseline certification and meeting all KSAs for independent security control validation under RMF
• Demonstrated experience leading computer network defense operations in enterprise environments
• Strong background in incident detection, analysis, and coordinated response
• Proficiency with intrusion detection and prevention systems, SIEM tools, and network monitoring solutions
• Ability to conduct proactive threat hunting using network and endpoint data sources
