DevSecOps Engineer

Role Overview

Join our Chantilly, VA team in support of our Intelligence Community customer as part of a highly talented and mission-focused group. As part of the systems engineering team, you will support the NRO Mission Integration Lab, an R&D environment driving mission integration and user engagement.

What You Will Do

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment of software applications in a secure and compliant manner. Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to enable scalable, repeatable environments.

Requirements

• Associates degree with 7+ years of relevant experience; OR bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience; OR master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
• Active TS/SCI clearance with poly
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Bitbucket Pipelines
• Proficiency with containerization technologies including Docker or Podman and orchestration using Kubernetes or ECS
• Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS, including automated provisioning and scaling
• Experience developing or maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
• Familiarity with Python, Bash, or Groovy for automation scripting
• Understanding of secure software supply chain practices, vulnerability scanning, and compliance automation
• Possess certifications, training, and/or experience in compliance with DoD 8140 for position held, IAT Tier 2 (e.g. Security+)
