Senior System Administrator

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior System Administrator to provide enterprise-focused engineering support to a Government Customer. You will provide system administration solutions to meet required capabilities, and create bills of materials, network designs and diagrams, and other documentation for new and updated installations.

What You Will Do

You will work with network, storage, and server personnel to define new or modified solutions to complex problems; respond to requests for new systems to meet capacity and user requirements; and determine required power, space, cooling, and funding to meet these goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
• Ten (10) years’ experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity
• DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level I or higher
• Two (2) years of demonstrated experience in Modern operating systems and network architectures
• Two (2) years of demonstrated experience in certification and accreditation, architecture development and design, risk assessments, and IA metrics gathering
• Experience with Linux
• Experience with Splunk
• Ability to work independently and in groups to complete tasks bounded by constraints
