Perci Health is seeking a Head of Data to lead the company's data capability and build a world-class data function. The successful candidate will define the data strategy, build and lead a high-performing data team, and establish robust data infrastructure and pipelines. The role is responsible for translating data into actionable insights that drive better patient outcomes and business performance.
Requirements
- Define and own Perci's data strategy, roadmap, and governance framework
- Build and lead a high-performing data team
- Establish and maintain robust, scalable data infrastructure and pipelines
- Partner closely with clinical, product, and commercial teams
- Lead on data governance, privacy, and compliance
- Develop and own clinical data and real-world evidence
- Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organisation
- Represent data at the leadership level
