Job Description
Perficient is seeking a technically proficient Search Architect to lead the design and development of advanced search-driven applications in the Data & Analytics Business Unit. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership, requiring hands-on programming skills, architectural vision, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams. The company partners with clients to drive data transformation and utilizes AI, data management, and content creation, aiming to unlock deeper insights and automate decision-making.
Requirements
- Architect and optimize search solutions using platforms like Elasticsearch, Solr, Coveo, Algolia, or Lucidworks.
- Lead project execution, manage timelines, and oversee the delivery of user stories and features.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to understand functional requirements.
- Define project scope, estimate solutions, and determine optimal team structures.
- Support multiple Agile Scrum teams through planning, scoping, and continuous delivery of new product capabilities.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient code using languages such as Java, C#, or JavaScript.
- Coordinate with offshore teams and clients to resolve technical dependencies, risks, and issues.
