As an Admissions Call Specialist at Perimeter Behavioral Health, you'll connect patients with mental health services, conducting assessments and guiding them toward treatment options.

Requirements

• Conduct comprehensive intake interviews
• Handle incoming inquiry calls with empathy and professionalism
• Perform initial screenings to evaluate service eligibility
• Assess psychosocial and emotional status
• Coordinate with insurance providers and internal teams
• Facilitate communication between clinical staff and nursing team
• Track and follow up with referral sources
• Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and assessments
