Requirements

• Planning, consolidation, and management of national orders
• Data analysis to help develop the business and comply with assigned indicators
• Identifying, proposing, and implementing improvement opportunities in line with the set objectives and internal and external customer needs
• Hiring loads with different transporters and tracking orders through the logistics operators' website
• Customer attention (commercial department), to inform and communicate order situations and proposed delivery models based on customer priority and costs
• Management of orders and load hiring for export to group subsidiaries
• Tracking and control of national orders through the Logistics Web
• Resolution of incidents related to national and international market orders
• Management of documentation to forwarders and customs agents for export shipments
• Serving as an efficient link between those involved in the supply chain (logistics center, procurement area, logistics operators, and clients)
• Reverse logistics assurance
