We are looking for a strategic, analytical and commercially oriented Revenue Growth Manager to shape our commercial strategy, optimize pricing, trade terms, promotions, and mix, through partnership with sales teams to drive sustainable and profitable growth.
Requirements
Define and implement Revenue Growth Management strategies across pricing, promotions, trade terms, and product mix, focusing on value creation over volume
Conduct deep analysis of market, consumer, and sales data to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable recommendations
Collaborate cross-functionally, especially with Sales, to ensure alignment and flawless execution of RGM plans in the trade
Support the execution of commercial plans with the sales team, ensuring alignment with trade realities and customer needs
Continuously evaluate performance of RGM initiatives and adapt strategies to ensure long-term profitability
