Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CRM Systems Administrator to oversee and enhance Salesforce as the central CRM, ensuring smooth data flow between integrated systems. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including work with Nonprofit Cloud/NPSP and a portfolio of integrated systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ticket systems, data warehouses, analytics tools, payment processors, and websites
- Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning and Flow Builder
- Solid understanding of data governance, CRM architecture, and security models
