Guest Services Associate - PT

The Guest Services Associate - Part Time is a guest-facing position responsible for providing excellent guest service, answering questions, and promoting additional sales at the museum. The incumbent will work closely with the Guest Services Managers to operate the Museum in a safe, efficient, and friendly manner.

Requirements

• High School graduate or the equivalent
• 1 year of experience in high-volume guest destination venue
• Prior retail or customer service experience
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft software
• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends & holidays
