We are looking for a Team Lead CRM for an established company in the retail and consumer sector to develop data-driven CRM with a clear performance focus.

Requirements

• Developing data-driven CRM with a clear performance focus
• Steering and optimization of cross-channel CRM campaigns
• Analysis of customer data and KPIs to derive effective measures
• Development of segmentation, trigger, and personalization logics
• Expert responsibility for CRM channels such as newsletters, direct mail, app, and print
• Leadership of the team in daily business and close cooperation with marketing, IT, and other interfaces
• Customer-centric thinking and implementation of effective campaigns
• Good understanding of performance, customer journey, and marketing automation
• Good process understanding of CRM disciplines (newsletters, direct mailings, loyalty programs, analytics)
• Experience with CRM systems / automation tools
• Customer journey and customer lifetime campaign insight
