Master Data Coordinator

Join Perrigo's Master Data Coordinator team as a newly created role within Perrigo Business Services, responsible for executing and ensuring quality of complex Vendor and Customer Master Data activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, IT, or Supply Chain
• Strong language proficiency: Fluent in English and one of the following languages: Spanish, French, or Italian
• 3–5 years of experience in Vendor and/or Customer Master Data operations (SAP or MDG environment)
• Proven experience handling complex or sensitive Master Data activities
• Experience working in Shared Services, Global Business Services, or centralized operating models
• Knowledge of supplier onboarding, banking data, tax compliance, and procurement processes or understanding of customer-related business rules (sales, credit, tax, commercial data)
• Strong operational judgment and attention to detail
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in structured environments
• Problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on data quality and controls
• Effective communication skills and confidence interacting with stakeholders
