Supervisor Packaging- 3rd Shift

Role Overview

As a Production Supervisor, your people will be your number one priority. You will oversee 20-40 employees working on multiple production lines in a pharmaceutical manufacturing/packaging environment.

What You Will Do

Assign tasks, adjust workloads to meet production goals, schedule and monitor training, and assess progress of employees. Monitor production quality and use leadership skills to solve problems with employees.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Strong leadership skills, ability to provide work direction across multiple production areas, and previous experience working in an FDA regulated industry are preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4 years of supervision experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong leadership skills
• Well-developed communication, performance management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to provide work direction across multiple production areas
• Previous experience working in an FDA regulated industry
• Experience in production work systems, change management, continuous improvement
