Role Overview

The Systems Administrator, Windows/Linux - Intermediate is responsible for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure within its designated area of responsibility. This role involves a variety of tasks, including server maintenance, security monitoring, and updating system software.

What You Will Do

Install, configure and maintain infrastructure components in a virtualized Linux Environment, plan and deploy applications in a Linux or Windows environment, and fully manage the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of all aspects of Linux servers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, with experience in scripting, automation tools, and server security, and a good knowledge of TCP/IP networks, clustering, and relevant network protocols.

Requirements

• High school degree
• CompTIA Cloud+ or Sec+, GICSP, GSEC, or SSCP certification
• OS certification
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Software Engineering
