
Job description
The Account Manager will manage and own the success of current and new customers, driving high customer satisfaction, product adoption, and customer retention. The role will be responsible for an individual Book of Business focused on customer payment survival in their first three months.
The Account Manager will execute a comprehensive engagement and communications strategy to assigned book of business, develop an understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers, and effectively communicate the value proposition of Market Leader.
The ideal candidate will have experience delivering client-focused solutions, exceptional leadership skills, and a quick and flexible learning ability. They will also have a motivated and positive work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a committed and flexible attitude to the job.
