Engineering Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the design system team and own the full strategy, architecture, and evolution of Personify Health's cross-platform design system. The team builds the foundational layer powering our Angular web platform and native iOS/Android applications.

What You Will Do

Own the design system roadmap, govern component standards and architecture, enable the next-generation platform, drive cross-platform consistency, own component documentation and tooling, manage and grow the team, and track and improve design system health.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong frontend focus
• 3+ years in an engineering management or tech lead role
• Proven experience owning or contributing significantly to a design system or component library at scale
