Engineering Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our engineering teams in building and shipping healthcare data products at scale. The role involves managing a team of engineers, making architecture-level decisions, and driving team delivery across key initiatives.

What You Will Do

Drive team delivery, lead architecture decisions, run effective Scrum processes, manage and develop your team, recruit and retain engineering talent, and mentor engineers at every level.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles
• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager
• Prior experience as a software engineer, data engineer, or business analyst
