A growing property management company is seeking experienced plumbers with a minimum of five years of practical plumbing experience to join their team. The position offers a rotating schedule and a guaranteed 40-hour workweek with potential overtime as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma - or the equivalent (GED)
- Trade qualifications- Post-Secondary Certificate
- Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience
- Must have reliable means of transportation for work
- Proof of automobile insurance required
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- Basic hand tools are required
- Owning a drain snake is advantageous but not mandatory
- Commitment to accurate and high-quality work
- In-depth knowledge of maintenance and repairs of plumbing systems
- Understanding of the current regulations within the field
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a technical level
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to read, interpret and understand work orders in English
