Finance and Accounting Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance and Accounting Associate to join our team. This role supports both accounting and finance functions, including maintaining financial records, assisting with compliance, payroll processing, and analyzing contract performance.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2 years of accounting or financial analysis experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate an understanding of accounting principles
• Demonstrate a proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel as well as a desire to develop advanced skills
• Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills
