Senior Business Process & QA Specialist

We are looking for a process-driven leader to ensure our growth is built on a solid foundation of quality. The Senior Business Process & QA Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring the Quality Management System (QMS) frameworks to ensure efficient and compliant operations across the organization.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Business Process Management, or Internal Audit, preferably in the Tech, Logistics, or Operations sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certifications such as Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, PMP or COBIT are highly preferred.
