We're looking for a Store Manager to lead our team in Oxford Cowley, driving sales and performance while ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, leading a team, creating a positive work environment, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of management experience in a retail environment
• Leading a team of 10 or more in a fast-paced setting
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to complete 6 months of comprehensive training
