Role Overview

As a Manager, Automation Engineer (Manufacturing) at Pfizer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our manufacturing processes are efficient, reliable, and innovative. You will work with our innovative engineering team to design, develop, deploy, and test automated processes, systems, and equipment. What You Will Do

In this role, you will lead or co-lead moderately complex projects, effectively managing time and resources. You will apply skills and discipline knowledge to contribute to departmental work, make decisions to resolve moderately complex problems, and develop new options independently in ambiguous situations.

Requirements

• BA/BS with at least 4 years of experience or MBA/MS with at least 2 years of experience or PhD/JD with any years of experience or Associate's degree with at least 8 years of experience or High school diploma (or equivalent) with at least 10 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience in Automation Engineering, showcasing expertise in process controls equipment and Network Hubs
• Strong design and debugging skills
• Broad understanding of systems architecture and operations, along with related components
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
