Logistics Associate

As a Logistics Associate at PGA TOUR Superstore, you will engage with customers, offering exceptional service while building lasting relationships. You will receive, inspect, and organize merchandise, maintain a clean and safe environment, and prepare eCommerce orders for shipping.

Requirements

• Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world-class service
• Accurately receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of merchandise
• Organize and label received merchandise in the stockroom
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized back-of-house and sales floor area
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare eCommerce orders for shipping
• Handle Customer returns for online orders
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
• Stay up to date on upcoming merchandising promotions and marketing events
