Process Technician

Process Technician responsible for controlling and executing elements of an extrusion process, including raw material and finished goods logistics, process addition and mixing of raw materials, and packaging process responsibilities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 4 years' production experience in a manufacturing environment (food or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred)
• Competent in all DAX operations including consumptions, job closures, DAX problem solving, DAX job tracking
• Demonstrated ability to communicate across all levels of an organization
• Analytical skills, good judgement, and demonstrated decision making skills
• Ability to use advanced hand tools and perform basic maintenance task
• Basic math and rudimentary algebra, reading basic blueprints and plans, US measurement equipment
• Microsoft Office Software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Operating an FLT, scissor lift, and boom lift
• Material movements, pick/puts, and material consumptions in DAX
• HMI and mechanical problem-solving abilities
• Language fluency in English
