
Job description
The Help Desk Specialist provides technical support and assistance to internal users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems. This role requires a strong foundational understanding of IT systems, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving problems.
Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance, troubleshoot and repair desktop & laptop computers, install new hardware/software, and provide customer support and necessary one-on-one training/instruction.
Ideal for someone with a strong foundational understanding of IT systems, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving problems. Must be able to work independently, be self-motivated and goal-oriented, and possess a passion for teamwork and problem solving.
