Finance & Strategy Associate

Role Overview

As a Junior Finance & Strategy Associate, you'll support the financial and operational backbone of a fast-growing consumer technology platform. You'll operate at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations, supporting FP&A and accounting while also serving as a reliable partner to internal teams navigating day-to-day business needs.

What You Will Do

You'll assist with FP&A work, maintain financial models, pull monthly and quarterly reports, and help turn data into clear summaries for the team. You'll also support the tracking and analysis of business and financial metrics, help prepare investor materials, and streamline reporting processes.

Requirements

• 0.5–2 years of full-time work experience in finance, accounting, consulting, operations, or a related field
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities
• Curious, proactive, and adaptable in a high-growth, fast-moving environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
