Job Description
PHIL is a San Francisco-based health-tech startup seeking a full-time Staff Pharmacist to join its team in either Columbus, OH or Scottsdale, AZ. The pharmacist will play a key role in prescription verification, drug utilization review, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, while collaborating across departments to improve patient health outcomes and adherence.
Requirements
- RPh degree required, PharmD degree strongly preferred
- Licensed pharmacist in OH or AZ, depending on the physical location
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a pharmacist
- Experience in a start-up environment or managerial position highly preferred
