The Operations Automation Specialist is responsible for designing, building, and operating scalable automation and digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. This role is hands-on, focused on development, solution architecture, and technical delivery, enabling operational efficiency across PCC Service Hubs.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that improve service delivery efficiency
• Work closely with the Power Platform Center of Excellence, process owners, and SMEs
• Translate business processes into technical automation solutions
• Support capability building by coaching citizen developers
