Technical Consultant (all genders) Integration

Role Overview

As a Technical Consultant in the Integration area for HPM, you will implement and maintain the Philips IntelliBridge Enterprise IBE interface solution to ensure interoperability between Philips monitoring solutions and clinical information systems. You will support solution designs and demo installations, collaborate with central functions, and answer customer inquiries. Your job will involve project implementation, service and support, and sales support.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include defining, installing, and configuring integration solutions, conducting functional and workflow tests, developing and presenting technical solutions, training customers, and creating technical project documentation.

You should have good knowledge of Windows Client, Server, and network systems, as well as clinical IT transfer protocols and database queries.

Requirements

• Bachelor/Master in Medical Informatics, Information Technology, or a comparable education
• At least 5 years of experience in customer interaction in the healthcare sector
• Good knowledge of Windows Client, Server, and network systems
• Clinical IT transfer protocols such as DICOM, HL7, and Internet protocols
• Experience with configuring interface brokers, preferably Rhapsody
• Experience with database queries (Oracle, MS SQL Server)
• Fluent German and English
