Designs, develops, and maintains automation solutions to enable reliability and performance measurement, monitoring, and actionable insights into issues and anomalies. Mentors junior team members and collaborates with Test Automation Architect to integrate AI-driven enhancements for test frameworks, analytics, and root-cause insights.
Requirements
- B.E./Master’s degree in computer science/software/information technology
- 6–8 years of experience in software development and design
- Strong programming experience in C#, Python
- Solid understanding of OS fundamentals, threading, and memory management
- Good understanding of Database concepts and working knowledge of SQL
- Foundational knowledge of reliability and performance testing techniques
- Hands-on experience with Windows internals and performance/debugging tools
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to work across diverse teams
- Continuous improvement mindset driven by Defect RCA and customer Issue insights
