Requirements

• 3+ years experience managing a fast-paced, customer service-oriented business preferably in a food service or retail setting.
• Proven experience in managing the financial health of a retail operations, including P&L oversight, revenue management and cost control.
• Proven ability to create an inclusive and dynamic team and work environment.
• Solid business acumen
• Proven ability to recruit, motivate, train and retain a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
