
Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our growing PHINIA Quality team as a Customer Quality Engineer! This position will support us in quality function and reports to Quality Manager. The Customer Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, building strong relationships with customers, and driving continuous improvement.
The Customer Quality Engineer will be responsible for handling customer complaints, OKM and warranty incidents, leading problem analysis, and developing and monitoring corrective and preventive actions. They will also respond to customer demands, coordinate internal resources, and ensure timely response to quality issues.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in quality engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships with customers, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the quality of our products and services.
