
Job description
Responsible for implementing and managing policies and programs that cover all Human Resources functions. Participates in business activities and strategic planning for SLP to ensure the effective use of human resources in achieving business goals and objectives.
Lead labor relations, workforce planning, employee relations, compensation, benefits, payroll governance, organizational development, training, health and safety, and HR operations.
Requires 3+ years of experience in a similar position, with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field. Must have effective communication skills and be willing to travel.
