Job description
The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing payroll, managing payroll systems, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. This role will be based at the Juarez Technical Center in Mexico.
The Payroll Specialist will process payroll, including Infonavit and SUA (IMSS), Fonacot, ISN, and electronic payment processing. They will also prepare and record accounting entries, process and reconcile payroll tax stamps, and respond to audit and customer service requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 2-4 years of payroll experience, and strong knowledge of payroll systems. They will also have advanced Excel and data analysis skills, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication and customer service skills.
