Phoenix Med Health is a healthcare management services organization (MSO) that builds and operates high-performing medical practices. We're hiring a Healthcare Account Manager to grow our referral network across assisted living facilities, group homes, and other healthcare partners.

Requirements

• 2+ years in healthcare account management, business development, or referral management
• Experience working with facilities, home health, hospice, or similar referral environments
• Comfortable being in the field regularly
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage a high-volume partner pipeline
