Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Counseling, or another social service field or 4 years of experience in case management, social work, or a similar setting, or a combination of education and experience
- Certified in Peer Support, preferred.
- Current valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record of 2+ years and ability to qualify for company Insurance Policy
- Knowledge of the problems facing the street homeless population and awareness of resources that help people exit homelessness
- High level of composure, ability to remain calm in stressful situations, and discretion in keeping client information confidential
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office apps
- Solid and credible Christian witness and lifestyle
