The role involves business analysis, system design, and a strong emphasis on data analysis and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques
• Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, data modeling)
• Experience with requirements management and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Work case management experience
