Sr.Business Analyst | Onsite

The Sr. Business Analyst will lead requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis for complex business problems. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional specifications and system requirements, analyze data to identify trends, and support development and testing. The role involves creating reports, dashboards, and presentations and acting as a liaison between business users and technical teams.

• Lead requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis for complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, finance, and operations.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and system requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and performance metrics.
• Support development and testing teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Create and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
• Assist in project scoping, planning, and prioritization based on business impact.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Experience working with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• 5–8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Excel, Tableau/Power BI, or similar.
