Photoroom is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to build and optimize the operational infrastructure behind their enterprise marketing motion. The role will ensure that enterprise campaigns, account-based programs, and lifecycle nurtures are executed with precision and measurable impact. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or marketing automation, with hands-on experience in HubSpot Marketing Hub.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in a Marketing Operations, Demand Generation Operations, or Marketing Automation role at a B2B SaaS company
- Deep, hands-on HubSpot Marketing Hub experience
- Solid understanding of B2B marketing funnels and attribution
- Strong analytical instinct and data problem-solving skills
- Experience building multi-touch attribution models
- Familiarity with Braze or comparable B2C lifecycle/CRM tools
- Experience working alongside a RevOps function and understanding where the two remits connect
