Photoroom is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing builder to help unlock new acquisition channels for their fast developing SMB business. The role requires a strong marketer with experience in building and scaling growth in high-growth tech or AI companies. The successful candidate will design, build, and launch acquisition surfaces that attract new users to Photoroom, with a focus on experimentation and data-driven decision making.
Requirements
- 6+ years building or scaling growth in a high-growth tech or AI company focused on SMB
- Strong marketer with understanding of acquisition, distribution loops, messaging, and demand capture
- Strong vibe coder with ability to independently build and ship production-ready web experiences using modern AI coding tools
- Experiment-obsessed and data-driven with experience running hundreds of growth experiments
- Scrappy and comfortable with ambiguity, able to figure out what works from scratch and iterate to a winning channel
- Autonomous with proactive transparency, able to operate with high ownership and move quickly from idea to execution
