
Job description
The Sales Enablement Manager plays a critical role in helping Phreesia's client-facing Network Solutions teams succeed by developing and delivering strategic enablement programs, training, tools, and resources. This role drives alignment, supports go-to-market initiatives, and equips teams with the knowledge and skills needed to increase productivity, improve performance, and deliver stronger business outcomes.
Drive enablement strategy and go-to-market readiness, build and maintain enablement content, develop impactful learning programs, serve as a trusted resource for client-facing teams, and stay close to the business and the field.
You will be a great fit if you are skilled at building relationships, managing projects, and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders, and have a passion for professional selling, continuous learning, and helping client-facing teams improve productivity, effectiveness, and customer outcomes.
