As a Recruiting Specialist at PicCollage, you will be our primary Talent Scout and Brand Ambassador, responsible for sourcing, engaging, and supporting top talent for a creative, international team.

Requirements

• Solid experience in recruiting in tech/software industries
• End-to-end recruitment experience
• Fluency in both English and Chinese
• Natural people-person with excellent communication skills
• Ability to decipher recruiting data and spot insights
