Requirements

• Experience in leading more than two areas in People Operations
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English
• Knowledge of employment/labor standards in Taiwan
• Based in (or are willing to relocate to) Taiwan
• Experience working in multi-cultural work settings
