Teamleiter Logistik (m/w/d)

Picnic is looking for a Logistics Team Leader to lead a team of 20+ Shoppers in their Fulfillment Center in Mülheim an der Ruhr. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching, motivating, and supporting the team to ensure smooth warehouse operations and achieve daily goals.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in team leadership or a similar leadership position in logistics
• Vocational training in logistics, hospitality, catering or a similar field
• Fluency in German and good English skills
• Willingness to work full-time, including evenings and occasionally on Saturdays
• Ability to work with people and lend a hand
• Resilience and calmness in challenging situations
