We are looking for a Logistics Team Leader to lead and motivate a team of Shoppers in our Fulfillment Center, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and processes are optimized. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coaching, motivating, and supporting your team to achieve great things, while fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in logistics, hospitality, gastronomy, or a related field.
• Alternatively, bring at least 1 year of experience as a team leader or a similar leadership position in logistics.
• Fluent German and good English skills to communicate with our international team.
• Willingness to work full-time, including evenings and some Saturdays.
• Enjoy working with people and are willing to roll up your sleeves.
• Resilient and maintain a clear head, even in challenging moments – and pass this calmness on to your team.
