Janitorial Supervisor

Partners In Health (PIH) is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping, cleaning, and tidying up activities at the Well Body Clinic in Kono District, Sierra Leone. The role involves maintaining cleanliness standards, ensuring patient and staff safety, and assisting with the delivery of high-quality health services in the community and referral hospitals. PIH partners with the Government of Sierra Leone to improve public sector healthcare and addresses the root causes of illness and health disparities.

Requirements

• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of janitors.
• Complete daily checklist and report concerns to Primary Health Care Operations Manager.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards.
• Enforce adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Respond promptly to requests for special cleaning or maintenance projects.
