Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

We are seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer to support the implementation of the Peripheral Health Units (PHU) expansion Project in Sierra Leone. The role involves collecting and managing high-quality data, strengthening M&E systems and processes, and working closely with the PHU Data Manager and clinical team.

Requirements

• Support the implementation of PHU expansion Project work
• Collect and compile data required for monthly reporting
• Provide mentorship and accompaniment to facility staff
• Strengthen the data management system and processes
• Monitor data collection processes and address data quality challenges
• Work as a team member of Partners in Health SL SHIS
• Establish effective working relationships with PIH, Health Facility staff, and community people
• Participate in data quality improvement measures
• Support other projects in your area
• Adhere to PIH's programme and other policies
