The Operations Support Specialist II position provides operational support activities for the regional and local office organization. The incumbent will support client interaction, time and expense processing, and invoice preparation.

Requirements

• High school degree or GED
• 1-3 Year(s) Experience in Operations Support Specialist I role or other similar experience
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office products
• Ability to deal and work well with a variety of individuals
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and follow through on assignments
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• High commitment to achieving goals and plans
• Demonstrated skill in verbal/written communications
