The Clinical staff (CMA, General Clinic CST, or LPN I) provide high-quality healthcare to patients by performing both administrative and clinical skills. They are trained to optimize patient outcomes and provide efficient, cost-effective care. The role involves scheduling, patient communication, record keeping, and assisting the physician with procedures and patient care.

Requirements

• Accurately schedule patient appointments.
• Respond to patient inquiries and provide information.
• Perform laboratory tests as ordered by the physician.
• Assist the physician with examinations and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
• Accurately record patient information in EHR.
• Assist with daily clinic tasks and maintain inventory.
• Comply with OSHA guidelines and clinic policies.
